Description:
A large scale ongoing project running over 2 years, the works have been phased out over certain areas and floors as this is a live building. Distinctive birch plywood makes up ninety percent of the wooden material used in this project. There is roughly 3-4 office kitchens on each of the floors and a large servery canteen area on the 6th floor with spectacular views of the city.
Key features of this project are a vast amount of acoustic ceiling rafts and standing screens all with fabric covered sound insulation and birch ply surrounds, such a low level of background noise had never been achieved before in type of office environment in Ireland. The kitchens here are very modish yet simple & distinctive, the chunky concrete resembling solid surface worktop really finish these off well and contrast well with the birch plywood units.
